RPO's client is looking for a Junior Helpdesk Support Agent to provide first-line technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or chat.Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.Log, track, and manage service desk tickets end-to-end.Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.Assist with setting up workstations, software installations, and system updates.Provide user training and guidance on basic IT procedures.Maintain documentation of solutions and troubleshooting steps.
