Minimum requirements:? Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
? Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.? Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
? A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.? Duties will include but not limited to:? 1.
Design Creation:? Assist in the development of creative design concepts for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social media.? Create visual content such as graphics, layouts, and illustrations for marketing materials, advertisements, and branding initiatives.? ? 2.
Brand Consistency:? Ensure all design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms and media.? 3.
Collaborative Projects:? Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives.? Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to design projects.? ? 4.
Design Execution:? Develop and refine designs based on feedback from team members, clients, or stakeholders.? Prepare design files for print or digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.? ? 5.
File Management:? Organize and maintain design files, assets, and documentation in a systematic and accessible manner.? Assist in archiving completed projects and ensuring that all design files are properly saved and backed up.? 6.
Quality Control:? Review and proofread designs to ensure they are free of errors and meet quality standards.? Ensure that all designs are completed on time and within budget.? 7.
Learning and Development:? Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to enhance design skills and knowledge.? Seek feedback and actively participate in professional development opportunities to improve design capabilities.? ? 8.
Client Interaction:? Assist in preparing design presentations and mock-ups for client reviews.? Communicate with clients or stakeholders as needed to gather information and clarify design requirements.? 9.
Administrative Tasks:? Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.? Assist with other design-related administrative tasks as required.? ? 10.
