Reference : CPT-AK-1FMCG concern based in Nasrec is seeking a Junior Financial Accountant to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPosting the relevant month end JournalsMaking sure the correct intercompany contracts at the correct prices and tonnages are used.Ensuring that Safex, the hedges and the forex is correctly allocated.Analysis of the GOCM income statementPreparation of the GOCM balance sheet reconsReview of all GOCM creditorsReview of all the Nasrec site stock count, procedures, stock gain loss analysis and stock reportingRequirementsFinance Degree / DiplomaSAICA / SAIPA articles (advantageous)2-5 years relevant experienceSAGE ERP experience (advantageous)Experience in month-end close process.Knowledge in IFRS and taxation.A good understanding on Safex, Hedges and Forex.Maintaining and creating processes and controls around the management of stock.Experience in manufacturing and / or FMCG environment.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Package & Remuneration: Annually
