ASBIS invests a lot to create a workplace where every employee has consistently positive experience, professional growth, and appropriate support to unlock their potential and build a future with the company.Whatever your area of expertise and specialization, you will find a range of career opportunities at ASBIS.Junior Financial Accountant (12 months Internship)ResponsibilitiesPrepare local and overseas creditors reconsFollow up on any outstanding invoices/credit notesProcess Invoices (General Expenses)Load Payment on Banking PlatformReview and process travel claimsPerform Inventory Receipt CostingUpdate $ ROE on Exact and weekly on IT4PPerform Daily Bank ReconciliationsPerform CFC account recon and controlManage relationship with Banking PartnersEnsure monthly accruals are processedEnsure proper record keeping of purchases for monthly VAT submission, preparation and periodic audits.Ensure proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records for internal and external audit purposes as well as annual BBBEE Verification audits.Perform other related duties as assigned.and accurate with filing of the docRequirementsBachelor's Degree in AccountingRelevant previous working experience in an accounting department (1-2 years)Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)Computer literateDetail and deadline mindedCan work under pressureDesire for excellence in all deliverablesPleasant personalityGood communication skills.
