• Capture data and general information
• Processing of ad-hoc and monthly creditors
• Creditor reconciliations
• Responsible for loading of new suppliers and beneficiaries
• Arrange and ensure supplier invoices are properly authorized in accordance with Company Policies
• Payment queries
• Processing of invoices to customers
• Query outstanding amounts
• Prepare documentation for monthly debit orders
