Junior Engineer

M y client is looking for a Junior Engineer in the Manufacturing Industry  to join our team at their Isando facility.  Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to production and ensure efficient process management.
Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Monitor production operations and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
Train and support operational teams in best practices for equipment and processes.
Manage technical inventory and procurement of necessary resources.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of technical drawings, fault-finding, and equipment testing.
Understanding of quality systems, manufacturing processes, and safety standards.
Skills & Competencies: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
