This role would entail being responsible for the industrialisation of new products and processes within the factory.
Continually improve factory processes, evaluate and maintain current processes and tooling to achieve departmental goals and company objectives.Key responsibilities:Design and CNC programmingProduct industrialization Continuous improvementRequirements:Grade 12 or a Technical N3NTS 2 to NTS 6 or equivalentExperience as a Tool and Die Maker (other trades will be considered)Knowledge of extrusion process equipment and the manufacturing and design of Extrusion DiesExperience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience using VISi 3D CAD softwareWorking knowledge of 2D drafting software such as AutoCAD or NanoCAD
