All accounts to be reconciled monthly and balanced against the creditor's ledger.Processing of local purchase requests & invoices.Investigating queries on the creditors account, i.e., invoices not authorized, credit notes required, unbalanced accounts.Managing the creditors account & reconciliation.Assisting Accounts Payable specialist with adhoc tasks, including filing and scanning documents in the system.Attending meetings as requested by various departments to clarify issues.
