We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Community Manager to join our marketing team! If you are a highly motivated, self-driven and an ambitious tech-savvy individual, we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in all platforms of social media from a business perspective, strongly focused on customer service as well as content writing. Duties & responsibilities · Responding to customers and potential clients on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter [additional Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn]) in a timely manner This includes Inbox messages and comments on social media posts. · Liaise with the Sales Department on enquiries · Build relationships with customers on social media · Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews · Verify the marketing team on reviews posted online · Schedule social media posts · Social Media performance tracking, analysing and reporting · If needed, writing a few social posts based on social media campaigns · Require excellent writing skills while incorporating the tone of the brand Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication on all levels, both internally and externally Self-motivated, quick learner, ambitious, positive attitude Prioritise workload and meet deadlines for a variety of customer relations and marketing deliverables Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills An understanding of sales will be an added advantage Requirements Matric Minimum 1-2 years experience Computer literacy Strong MS Office skills, advanced Excel skills
