Junior Business Analyst

Minimum Requirements:Education:BEng Industrial Engineering Degree from the University of Pretoria (preferred)BCom Informatics degree from the University of Pretoria (will also be considered)Experience:13 years of experience in a business analysis, operations support, or process improvement roleRecent graduates with strong academic results and relevant exposure will also be consideredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, and Tableau) is advantageousExposure to process mapping or process improvement methodologies is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsKey Duties & Responsibilities:Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholdersAssist with the evaluation of business processes and identify areas for improvementSupport the implementation of business and system solutions that align with strategic objectivesParticipate in process mapping, workflow optimization, and data analysisDevelop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisionsLiaise with IT, operations, and other departments to translate business needs into technical requirementsConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support solution rolloutsAssist with project coordination and administrative support as requiredContinuously monitor business performance metrics and provide insights to relevant teamsWhy Join?
