Our client is seeking a JSE Sponsor Analyst in the corporate finance division focusing on JSE equity sponsor related work to join their team We require a candidate with: · Diploma or bachelors degree in law/finance/accounting/economics or related field.
· SDP certificate · Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment · Familiarity with JSE listing rules and regulatory requirements is a must Competencies and skills: · Thorough knowledge and understanding of the JSE Listings Requirements and related regulation such as · Companies Act and Takeover Regulation · Preference for candidates who have passed the SDP course and have approved executive status or will be able to achieve same in 6-12 months Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to finance.vacancystand-outstaffing.co.za .
