Hire Resolve's client is skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to their clients, both onsite and offsite. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Onsite Support: Visit client sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Provide training and guidance to clients on IT systems. Offsite Support: Respond to remote support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely. Monitor and maintain client networks, systems, and infrastructure. Technical Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, peripherals, and network devices. Configure and manage Windows/Mac OS, mobile devices, and software applications. Ensure system security, backups, and antivirus measures. Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) is beneficial. Client Communication: Provide clear explanations of technical issues and solutions. Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing. Manage client expectations, ensuring timely issue resolution. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions. Update ticketing system, tracking progress and resolution. Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices. Requirements: 2 years of IT support experience. CompTIA A, Network, or equivalent certifications. Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, mobile devices, and software applications. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: CompTIA, or equivalent certifications. Experience with cloud services (MS365). Familiarity with IT service management tools Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
