We're in search of a proficient and driven Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in IT systems and network administration, coupled with hands-on experience in cloud computing and virtualization technologies. The Systems Administrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its security and dependability, and offering technical support to our staff.RESPONSIBILITIES- Deploy, configure, and manage operating systems, software, and hardware.- Monitor system performance, promptly addressing any arising issues.- Conduct regular system backups and uphold data integrity.- Administer user accounts and permissions.- Safeguard network security, implementing necessary security protocols.- Introduce monitoring tools to preemptively detect and resolve potential issues.EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT systems and network administration.- Proficiency in cloud computing and virtualization technologies like AWS or VMware.- Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.- Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.SKILLS- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude.- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
