Matric with Mathematics marks of no less than 80 % - essential
With either IT Software Business Analyst certificate OR BSC University industrial engineer or similar degree OR IT software qualifications or similar
2 Months -4 Years work experience in IT software development solutions business workflow design and also must have gained experience in going personally to seeing External Clients at the clients own company
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Own transport and driver?s license essential
Also operates effectively as an individual on site at External clients offices.
Must be prepared to travel to External Clients
Facilitate process evaluation workshops with stakeholders when implementing new IT automated software processes, or when improving existing processes.
Ensuring that any new/updated processes are evaluated from a business perspective and that common business logic is considered in process design.
Ensures automated workflow processes are designed and effective integration with the Admin system is achieved.
Responsible for the design and implementation of major and minor workflow processes and components for outside clients
Design, IT regressing Software test and deliver workflow based, software solutions. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis.
Provide onsite training and documentation in support of training.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
Must have Jira configuration and maintenance experience
Operates effectively as a member of the team.
Also operates effectively as an individual on site at clients.
Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and of high quality.
Responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of workflow processes
Effectively creates in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
Overall: Good Business Analyst type person who is technically minded.
