Requirements:Network Support Functions - Possess proper knowledge of networks and understanding Service Level Agreements
- Manage Incidents and NOC Desk requests from clients and Internal Stakeholders and comply with resolving them within SLA prescribed timelines.
- Proactively monitor risk areas with a view to avoid potential outages and disasters.
- Ensure Physical and Virtual Network layers are on the latest software versions and up to date at optimal performance ratings.
- Assist with firewalls, VPN connectivity;
- Assist with configurations of PE/CE devices
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid CCNA/CCNP Certificates or related networking qualifications
- +3 Years experience network administration experience
- Knowledge of Arista/Juniper/Extreme/Cisco networks
- To be of sound mind and good physical health condition
- Any ailments or pre-existing health conditions that could hinder work performance must be disclosed upfront.

- Standby will be an essential part of the role which will be on a rotational basis with availability and communication being a priority between NOC desk, Customers and the WAN Senior Technical team
- Identify and Authorise site access to approved 3rd parties (customer) network resources both during business hours and after hours and emergencies
- All tasks and responsibilities as specified by the company procedures and policies references, including references to all staff and generic terms such as executive management.
- Own Car is compulsory and must be in a road worthy condition
- Valid drivers license compulsory with no traffic infringements

- Maintain a filing system of all information repositories and registration of appliances
- Maintain a filing system of all software licences and monitoring tools
- Validate and sign-off on all maintenance teams work
