We are looking for someone with experience in:Ensuring incident controls and processes are in place to minimize operational risks and maintain service quality, confidentiality, integrity, and availability.Managing War Rooms and handling shift work and standby duties.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the lifecycle of all major incidents and problems from root cause investigation to resolution and closure.Recording incidents for tracking and monitoring.Conducting root cause reviews for outages or recurring issues.Serving as a point of contact for incidents and problems.Communicating and reporting on incidents and problems timely.Prioritizing and assigning incidents for effective handling.Building relationships across teams to improve work delivery and innovation.Developing relationships within FNB and across the FRG.Compiling reports to track progress and support decision-making.Partnering with Service Delivery and Application Support teams for continuous improvement.Deciding on escalation and communication during outages.Reviewing and improving incident and problem management processes.Resolving customer dissatisfaction and complaints.Providing service delivery reports against SLAs and targets.Maintaining knowledge of industry standards and compliance.Minimum Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment.Relevant qualification.ITIL qualification.Additional QualitiesEffective collaboration skills.Analytical thinking for diagnosing root causes.Solution-oriented mindset.If you are interested in taking the next step, we look forward to engaging with you.Apply now!Additional InformationNote: Applications close on May 7.
