It Desk Engineer, For Overseas Companies

This is an MSP looking for Level 2 and Level 3 remote support engineers to join the team in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
You will support our customer base remotely from our offices.
You will collaborate with existing teams in each location to provide infrastructure support to our clients in the US and EU.
In addition to technical skills, you will need discipline to work with various RMM and ITSM systems, updating tickets and notes.
Since all work is remote, you must be comfortable on the phone and behind a screen while troubleshooting.
You should be well spoken to articulate yourself effectively on this international stage.
Working hours may vary, including night shifts ending between 00:00 and 02:00.

Qualifications and Requirements:Matric or equivalentCertifications: A+, N+ or equivalent, Azure certificationDegree in Technology sectorExperience with Windows and MAC Operating SystemsExperience with Windows Server and Managing Active DirectoryUnderstanding of Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and permissionsSupport for Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, including advanced Office 365 with IntuneAzure AdministrationKnowledge of Cybersecurity LandscapeNetworking skills: VLANs, VPN, IP, routingUnderstanding of VoIP and PABX systemsKnowledge of network devices: printers, Wi-Fi, CCTVExperience with databases such as SQLExperience using RMM / ITSM tools for support and ticketingInterested candidates should contact us if they believe they can support our global customers.
