It Business Process Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Process Analyst with a strong foundation in implementing retail assortment and integrated planning ERP systems, preferably for a fashion retailer.
Youâ€TMll need to leverage prior experience as a product/ functional/ implementation expert, with a deep understanding of system capabilities and business processes (assort and planning).
The ideal person would have participated in the definition of new business processes, requirements gathering and validation of requirements as part of an ERP implementation and should be familiar with the processes and outputs that ensure alignment between business stakeholder and IT teams for successful project delivery.
Your expertise: Level/ Years †~experience: High intermediate – Senior (5+ years) Experience with ERP systems implementations relevant to retail operations.
Working knowledge of ERP modules supporting assortment planning, merchandise planning, and integrated planning processes.
Ability to leverage product knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations during requirements gathering and implementation.
In-depth knowledge of retail business processes, specifically within the clothing/ fashion industry.
Proficient in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, etc.).
Ability to create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
Experience with process modelling and documentation (e.g.
BPMN, flowcharts).
Qualifications: Matric Relevant Degree (IT, IS, etc.)
Relevant certifications (CBAP/ CCBA/ FTI) Other information applicable to opportunity: Contract Position : 6-12 Months Location: Cape Town – hybrid way of work (4 days on site) Why work for us?
