OUTvest is a new generation online investment advisory service for retail clients and we seek a passionate individual to work within our call centre based advisory and administrative team.
This role is suitable for someone who wants the opportunity to help redefine and revolutionise the role of investment and administration advice in the eyes of the retail consumer.
Educational and experience requirements
You have written and passed your representatives exam (RE 5) and have previous call centre experience
You already have or would like to continue your studies toward the CFP® or other financial planning or investment related designation.
You have a qualification recognised by the FSCA as part of the fit and proper requirements
Previous experience in the administration of investments will be advantageous
Class of Business (COB) as per the FSCA fit and proper requirements for categories: Investments, Pension Fund Benefits and Long Term Insurance will be required to be completed
You will be part of the front and back office services to provide advice and administration to our clients on our investment products and online systems.
You will answer client queries (advice and administration) and provide guidance to clients and record all advice provided in a clear and readable form.
You will be required to become well versed in the world of investments, including a deep understanding of unit trusts, tax-free savings accounts, retirement annuities, endowments, preservation funds and many other aspects of the investment industry. This will include personal study and other investment related training that will be determined by management from time to time
Handle complaints and manage the process through our internal complaints handling process.
Provide feedback to management regarding client queries.
Assist with the daily administrative duties with particular emphasis in the Investment Transfers Area
Assisting with client annual investment reviews
