The firm has a robust pipeline and very active deal flow in 2025.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the firm's client's business model, financial profile, growth opportunities, and competitive landscape / strategic positioningPrepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial informationCoordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactionsPrepare marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, management presentations, and other presentations as neededPerform valuation and ad hoc financial analysesAssist in the marketing and execution of existing engagementsBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisorsQualifications1+ years of investment banking, financial consulting, private equity, or Big 4 M&A experienceAdvanced knowledge of accounting and financeExtensive operational, financial modeling, and valuation experienceAn undergraduate degree, including an exemplary academic record, from an accredited institutionStrong analytical/quantitative and technical abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong public speaking and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously
