The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with our team.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our inventory systems operate smoothly and that our products are always ready to meet customer demand.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.Order Coordination: Monitor and reconcile incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on inventory quality and address discrepancies as they arise.Reporting: Generate detailed inventory reports for internal stakeholders to assist with planning and forecasting.System Updates: Maintain and update inventory management systems with real-time data.Vendor Relations: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate restocking.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the production, sales, and design teams to anticipate inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes for greater efficiency.QualificationsExperience: Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role.Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms) and strong Excel skills.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in inventory tracking.Multitasking Ability: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments effectively.Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to address issues and implement solutions promptly.Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Why Join Us?Collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Be part of a company that values creativity and attention to detail.If you are an organized, proactive professional with a passion for ensuring operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
