INTERNAL SALES PERSON - PRETORIA
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible to ensure continued sales and support with CENTURION customers, from advice on products to placing and delivery of orders.
Main Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients both telephonically and across the counter
Preparing verbal and written quotes
Entering orders into the system
Liaising with Stores to ensure that orders are prepare timeously
Invoicing orders
Handling all aspects of the sales procedure from processing of the order to receiving payment
Preparing documentation for credit notes and ensuring that all required documentation is signed and correct
Ensuring that you have a good Centurion product knowledge
Providing clients with sales and marketing information on all our products
Giving product presentations to individual clients in our demonstration-area
Providing basic technical support for the product
Following up on open back orders
Ensuring efficient feedback is given to clients as and when required
Assisting External Sales in promoting new products telephonically
Managing optimal relationships with the client base, ensuring that the needs of the client come first
Ensuring that client queries are handled accurately and professionally
Assisting Branch Administrator with ad-hoc duties – financial (receiving cash, cash up, banking)
Required Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum of a Matric
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a sales environment
