Roles and Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
Capturing of orders and quotations submitted by the customer either telephonically, fax or email.
Follow ups of quotations and outstanding orders.
Costings on special items.
Documentation and Management ISO related matters.
Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers. For example, warranties of products and or terms of sale, suggest solutions when a product malfunctions, product related issues and services offered.
Assist customers with any issues experienced with website, deliveries and or product issues and escalate any issues to management appropriately.
Dealing effectively with inter departmental queries.
Loading of New customers and updating current details on an existing data base.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills
Previous telesales experience.
Certificates or Diploma in further learning is a plus, but is not required
Matric Certificate – accounting or mathematics is a must
Min of 2 years working experience in administrator role and or Internal sales environment.
Stable employment record
Knowledge in office, word and excel
20-30 years of age
Live in close proximity
