Qualifications Matric Requirements Previous experience doing Sales / Admin Proficiency in MS Office Duties Assist the internal sales coordinator Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately, take messages, and assist callers in a courteous and professional manner Ensure the reception area and overall office environment remain neat, tidy, and presentable at all times Handle inquiries from visitors and clients, providing accurate information and assistance Support general office administration and assist various departments with tasks such as data entry, customer queries, and preparation of quotes Manage and maintain efficient communication between departments and clients Assist with ongoing administrative projects as required
