Our Client is looking for a Candidate who is organized under pressure, thrives in high-growth environments, and can manage 10+ open roles simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job familiesSource, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently and effectivelyPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategiesMinimum Requirements:23 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, either agency or in-houseA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgencyProven ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing qualityStrong communication skillswritten, verbal, and interpersonalComfortable working in a fast-paced Retail SectorMust be able to travel nationally to all the various Branches.Valid drivers license
