Routine managing and monitoring the radio account. Keep the client in the loop about plans and airing schedule and liaise with the client about their plans. Exploring additional avenues for advertising, including Business to Business advertising; reviewing proposals from various media owners and making recommendations to the company Ad hoc opportunities that arise from time to time Site openings and relaunches Liaise with Business Consultant or Business Development Officer and advise on requirements for advertising the event Liaise with a designer, provide details of wording, get approvals all round Manage any associated procurement Help to keep the project on track time-wise Ensure that branding, giveaways, etc are made available Provide information for the PR function Liaise with our social media consultant regarding social media involvement and provide required info and pics Where applicable support Business Development Officer in programme development and implementation Newsletters Develop and communicate a theme, solicit contributions and recommendations for content Obtain all necessary quotes and order numbers Research and write up articles; edit contributions Collect, take or source suitable photographs Brief and get content to the designer(s) Proof and re-proof Ensure publication and circulate to “special readers” list Sponsorship Receiving, advising on, and responding to miscellaneous requests Receiving and processing and supporting retailer sponsorship requests, supporting where necessary, and ensuring that marketing material is booked.
