Integrated Business Director (Advertising)

Description:

We are looking for an Integrated Business Director to drive teams/pull things together/understand 360 campaigns/review client feedback/propose better solutions.
Strong Digital and ATL, major electronics/global/multi brand client experience a must have.
Outstanding track record of working on integrated campaigns/accounts required.
This role with be client facing.

* At Management level this position focuses on flawlessly creating and bringing planned strategies to life across the full range of services (includes digital/ATL/BTL/Retail/e-commerce/Field force marketing)
* Client engagements, quality of service, on-time and on-budget completion of agency's services
* Guiding internal/partner teams to deliver integrated solutions from strategy and concept, through to execution
* Role will oversee the account team, which includes Account Directors and Account Managers
* Outstanding track record of working on integrated campaigns/accounts
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing development
* Experience in communications/media planning, and ability to articulate examples of strategic recommendations they've provided, or sold in to clients
* Agency new business experience is an added advantage
* Minimum of 10 years recognised TTL advertising agency experience.
