Instructional Designer

Qualifications and Experience A qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, UX, ETDP, Technology, QA or a related field
3 years Proven working experience relevant field
3 years experience in digital learning environment preferred
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models digital preferred
Lesson and curriculum planning skills digital preferred
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scriptsvideo scripts
A willingness to learn and a focus on continuous improvement
A passion for storytelling
Project management experience preferred
Team lead experience desirable
Able to coordinate projects and project teams
Visual design skills advantageous Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Able to create high quality course framework and storyboards
Able to work in a highly pressurised and deadline driven environment
Excellent communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
