Infrastructure And Security Project Manager - Contract - Hybrid

Our Client a Global Tech firm is seeking an Infrastructure and Security Project Manager to join their team preferably in Durban on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment.As an Infrastructure and Security Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the projectmanagement of infrastructure security projects in order to provide a secure IT environment. The role will involve planning and executing on new projects, ensuring that they meet the required requirements of our clients while at the same time maintaining strong security measures.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible developing quarterly IT Delivery plans that align to the strategic objectives of the businessand IS ProgramBuilding and managing the relationship with the business areas and key stakeholders within the ISProgramEnsuring projects and enhancements are delivered on time and to the required specificationsReporting progress of projects back the IS Program ManagerResponsible for identification and onboarding of required project resources (via capability lead orcross functional teams)Responsible for the budget of the assigned IS projectsResponsible for the governance and adherence to Solution Delivery methodology.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related _eld requiredCertificate or Diploma in IS Project Management5 years Infrastructure experience and 5 years in Infrastructure Security5 years in managing projects of IT business applications and 3 years in the Retail industry (will be anadvantage)Experience managing AWS projects (will be an advantage)Proven resource management experienceApplication of IT governance principlesExperience with financial budgeting and cost of IT initiativesCyber-vision/ISEDNACAtlas Re-designRequired Experience:Budget ManagementQuality ManagementRisk ManagementOrganizational Change ManagementBroad knowledge of business functions in one or more sectorsBalance Scorecard processUnderstand Levels of WorkProject Management PrinciplesApplication Delivery LifecycleSkills SummaryBusiness Acumen, Cost Management, IT Infrastructure Management, Project Management, Quality Assurance (QA), Resource Management, Software Systems, Systems Integration, Writing Technical Documents
