New Sales Responsibilities: •Delivering on a personal New Sales growth target for the industry. •Generating a pipeline of qualified opportunities to enable the New Sales teams to effectively grow the business in new and existing markets. •Leveraging Improchem-s current footprint and domain expertise to drive and close strategic growth opportunities. Strategic Responsibilities: •Creating and executing on industry specific growth strategies that drive an integrated sales approach between New Sales and Service Delivery teams. •Co-owning and delivering on strategic projects to implement new technologies, enable internal cost / efficiency improvements or any other higher-level growth projects. •Developing and maintaining key strategic customer relationships in the industry. •Owning the Technology Partner relationship for the Industry where applicable. Support Responsibilities: •Assuming the role of primary technical resource for the industry. •Actively supporting New Sales and Service Delivery teams with technical knowledge and expertise to retain current customers and grow the industry.
