Develop market solutions that will help develop, penetrate and protect market share through transforming technological offerings into commercial advantages working with Public Water sales teams at defined territories and designated market areas.
Required outputs: Functional Co-owning and delivering on strategic projects to implement new technologies, enable internal cost / efficiency improvements or any other higher-level growth projects.
Assuming the role of primary technical resource for the Public Water - Sales & Service Delivery.
Actively supporting Public Water - Sales & Service Delivery teams with technical knowledge and expertise to retain current customers and grow the industry.
Problem solving and/or assist with tender and proposals.
Provide Value Added Propositions.
Work closely with engineering and package offerings to Sales to sell technology.
Annual introduction or re-introduction of technology to sales teams.
Conduct SWOT Analysis and market survey annually.
Delivering on a Team and Personal New Sales growth target for the industry.
Generating a pipeline of qualified opportunities to effectively grow the business in new and existing markets.
Leveraging AECI Water's current footprint and domain expertise to drive and close strategic growth opportunities.
Creating and executing on industry specific (Water Cycle Value Chain) growth strategy.
Co-owning the Technology Partner relationship for the Industry where applicable.
Developing and maintaining key strategic customer relationships in the industry
