Incentives ManagerROLE :The main purpose of the Incentive Manager (meetings, incentives, conventions, conferences and exhibitions) is to manage, grow and develop the department.The manager must provide outstanding customer service and ensure sales growth.OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCESupervise all event enquiries (existing/new leads) in an accurate, appropriate and timely mannerSupervise and support the MICE staffEnsure proper execution of all MICE events to the customers' satisfaction and within budgetOversee all event proposals in line with company brand standards, inclusive of creativity and alignment with the company's core valuesEnsure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes and supplier notes updated on the systemsMaintain thorough and up to date record of all bookings for easy access, filing and auditing purposesEnsure accuracy and timeliness of monthly invoicesProvide timely and accurate information and excellent support to external customers (agents, suppliers and clients)Resolve customer service issues to customer's satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventative measuresEnsure adherence to standard operating proceduresSuggest new and improved policies and processes to improve efficiency and ensure complianceDesired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 4/5 years' experience in MICE, of which 2 in management position would be advantageousExcellent command of spoken and written FRENCH is a plusExcellent Organizational and administration skillsProject management skillsNegotiation skillsCreative and out of the box thinkingSolid level of Maturity and professionalism to manage a program on the ground with the customerExcellent domestic, regional, and international travel experienceMust be fully proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelExcellent understanding of MICE trends and tech used in MICEMinimum Matric qualification.
