Duties: Planning, quoting and designing journeys throughout Southern and East Africa timeously and accuratelyManaging all aspects of tours from quoting through to post tour file closureEnsuring your in-country guest tours run smoothly and without errorBeing on call for your in-country guests after hours while they are travellingTour administration to be maintained and accurateBooking all services for your toursCoordinating all invoicing / payments for your tours with accountsReconfirmation of all services prior to travelPreparation of Travel documents Requirements: Grade 12Formal Travel & Tourism qualificationsMinimum 3 years of proven experience as a luxury inbound travel as a ConsultantExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-profile clients & agentsKnowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern and/or East AfricaExcellent written and verbal command of the English languageProficiency in Tourplan is essentialProven ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Crisis management and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle high volumes of work without compromising on accuracyWorking with a sense of urgency and meeting deadlines
