Our client, a B2B SaaS company in the golf and hospitality technology space, is looking for an Implementation Specialist to guide clients through smooth software onboarding.
This role focuses on configuring systems, coordinating go-live projects, and training users — taking client operations from setup to full adoption.What does your day look like:Configure software ecosystems according to client needsManage onboarding projects, ensuring timelines are met and risks are mitigatedTrain clients and support users through go-liveAssist with data migration and post-launch follow-upContribute to best practices and internal documentationYou will do well if you:Have 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or client onboardingCan explain technical workflows clearly to non-technical usersHave general understanding of golf or hospitality operationsAre highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-orientedAre open to travel and hybrid work arrangementsNice to haves:Familiarity with Lightspeed or similar systemsCRM or project management experienceKnowledge of French, Italian, or SpanishStrong interest in golfWhat is on offer:R20,000 – R35,000 per month depending on experience21 days leave, hybrid working, equipment providedProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesFeel free to join us Zeal HR on SOCIAL MEDIA or view all our vacancies on our WEBSITE.
