Accountancy Action has a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing company based in the City of London on a temporary basis for a minimum of 4 months.
Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities
- Be the Key point of contact for vendors and deal with all vendor enquiries in relation to payments
- Ensure all invoices are scanned over within agreed timescales
- Work with all parts of the business to ensure the procurement/accounts payable process is adhered to
- Where errors are identified work with the business to resolve any issues
Key Requirements and Preferences
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years purchase ledger experience and if you have used Netsuite before it would be a bonus.
