RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Develop, configure and optimise industrial processes from inception through to start up and completion
Assess current processes, take measurements and interpret data
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
Perform process simulations
Perform risk assessments
Provide process documentation of operating systemsOversee operations and maintenance of facility processesDetermine the organisation and setup of operationsCreate and develop new procedures and processesCollect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovationAnalyse, evaluate, and test new and existing processesOversee implementation of new processes and proceduresExamine existing processes and suggest improvementsInvestigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operationsWrite reports to document all process changesClearly communicate ideas and findings to management and colleaguesAssist teams in carrying out implementation of the procedures you designPersuade others?clients or executives?to implement the process modifications and new approaches you deviseRequirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:Bachelor?s degree in Business or related discipline
Diploma in Business Analysis ? IIBA Endorsed, TOGAF, and or BABOKAdvanced process engineering highly desirableEXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:6-8 years relevant proven continuous improvement experience
Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work well independently and with a teamHave experience with cycle implementationsHas performed several business casesUnderstands the business process library requirementsCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:Should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.Very good Communication SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsQuality Assurance SkillsWorked in modernising applications ? advantage.Job Closing Date 21/05/2021
