We are seeking an ICT Engineer for an NGO for a permanent role based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, Western Cape. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: ICT related certified training qualification required (eg MS Certified Desktop Support Technician etc)5+ years' experience in a middle level position (NGO experience ideal)Up to date knowledge of latest IT and software trendsMS Office 365 support experienceMS Dynamics Business Central ERP support experienceGood report writing skills for in-house training manualsTeam orientated attitude and quick learnerThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Desktop Support – using remote management tools; manage VOIP; networks; troubleshooting; writing training materials; reportsDesktop Security – content filtering; backups; ensure desktops are updated weeklyIn-house system – implement & maintain nationally; compliance; train users; system updates; data checksERP Support – support to end users; integrity checks; identify issuesDevelopment – manage service providers; keep updated on new technologies; training inputInstitutional knowledge: Intranet, CRM – manage solutions for calendars, documents, SharePoint, Office 365Social media / Web – mass email marketing; donation system management; community engagement; manage infrastructureICT Administration – ICT policies and standards compliance; maintain equipment database; manage site documents; maintain helpdesk/tickets; reporting; manage alarm, camera & biometric systemBusiness intelligence – ensure that Power BI reports are published; write / adjust MySQL queries; review/optimize MySQL queriesSalary: R30000.00 – R35000.00 per month CTC Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation to ****** with "ICT Engineer" in the subject line.
