About the Role: Join the Browns team as a Human Resources Manager, where you'll lead key HR processes to ensure a well-trained, motivated, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Recruitment & Talent Management

Monitor employee morale and advise management on improvement strategies.
Performance Management & Industrial Relations Statutory Compliance Monthly Reporting & Administration RequirementsPostgraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR management role.
In-depth knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS like Zoho, Sage, or SAP.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
