Minimum Qualification : Relevant Diploma in Human Resources
Preferred Qualification : Relevant Degree in Human Resources
Experience : 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
We are looking for an individual that has 3 – 5 years HRBP experience and has knowledge on the holistic HR value chain.
Build and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor and living the FNB HR brand
Partner with line management to create an agile, flexible, responsive and transformed organisation
Facilitate the recruitment, development, performance management, reward and retention of skills and competencies that build FNB organization capabilities
Develop, implement and monitor a tactical and operational HR plan to close identified gaps
Use technology to build relationships and networks as well as provide an efficient HR service offering
Manage own development to increase own competencies
