Details of the offer

Our client is looking for a suitably qualified HR / H&S Manager with leadership and motivational skills to take charge of HR department. The incumbent should preferably be able to communicate in both English and Zulu. This company is based on the outskirts of PMB, so own transport is essential.
Must have:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and Health and Safety experienced
Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic and HR objectives
Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
Ability to negotiate wages and conditions of employment with unions
Dealing with Employment Equity and Seta submissions
Ensuring that training and records are kept and holding Health and Safety and EE meetings.
