The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions within a fast-paced financial Services Group& investment company.
The role requires a well-rounded HR professional with a strong background in organizationaldevelopment, change management, performance management, and experience within the finance sector beneficial.
The HR /People Manager will lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing, training and development, and foster apositive and high-performing workplace culture.
Education & Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven expertise in organizational development, change management, performance management, and employeewellbeing.- Experience in the finance industry, with knowledge of financial regulations and HR implications in this context.- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-changing environment.Relevant experience- 3 8 years experience working within HR Management or similar position.
