Responsibilities:Provide all information required for monthly Payroll to Finance Consultant (e.g. new hires, terminations, overtime, commission, salary advances and staff loans etc.)Regulatory submissions (including IRP5, COID, STATS SA, UIF)Managing electronic timekeeping system or manually collecting and reviewing timesheetsMonitor and track employee leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee recordsRecruitment and onboarding: liaising with recruitment agents for vacancies within the company, set up interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and positive experienceEmployee relations: support in the administrative requirements relating to employee relations issues and contribute to fostering a positive workplace cultureAdministration: maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, prepare HR-related reports, and contribute to data analysis e.g. monitoring disciplinary action reporting
