Role of position: To support the HR department and the companys employees in all areas of Human Resources Key Responsibilities: Administration of an outsourced payroll & management of employee data on Excel & SAP Reconciliation of employee benefit statements, manage additions, withdrawals, and amendments to Provident Fund, Group Life and Medical Aid Provide reporting to divisional managers and the HR Manager Handle employee queries regarding leave, overtime, medical aid, provident fund, etc. Accurate filing & maintenance of all HR records Support employees and managers on internal HR Portal processes & procedures Support employees & managers on learning & development needs Assist with BBBEE, EE & WSP processes HR Diploma or qualification with at least three years experience in an HR administrative, HR Assistant or HR Specialist role. Solid knowledge of payroll systems & regulations essential Able to work within policies & procedures, pro-active, and able to take initiative when necessary. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential; ethical, focused & methodical Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to empathise and build relationships with employees and managers Experience in working with SAP-HR and highly proficient in MS Office Excellent English, both written and verbal; any other language advantageous
