Lead and drive key strategic HR initiatives in Mirren towards achievement of organisational goals by partnering with key business leaders and working towards building the organization capabilities.Align business objectives at Mirren and serve as a people advisor on Human Resource related issues; act as a change agent and employee champion by collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve and deliver the strategic goals.Manage employee relations & statutory compliance to eliminate business risks arising out of employee issues or non-compliance to ensure harmonious employee relations.Key AccountabilitiesPartner with Mirren Leadership by aligning and executing with respect to people objectives to deliver effectively on the business objectives.Improve overall people effectiveness of the business by implementing the right HR policies and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.Attract, manage and develop the right talent within the organisation by deploying the necessary tools and processes to build a high-performance culture.Implement the performance management and salary review process for employees to track progress and facilitate the reward process.Emphasise and propagate the organisation's values through various employee engagement initiatives to create an employee-oriented culture.Execute effective ER + IR strategy & framework to maintain harmonious industrial relations.Education Qualification and Work ExperienceDegree in Organisational Psychology.Degree/Diploma in HRM/an equivalent business degree.An MBA or a degree in Labour Relations is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of experience in a business partner role covering all processes of HR and ability to interact with the senior leadership team, preferably in a manufacturing set-up.Employment EquityCipla is an Employment Equity employer, and this position will be filled based on our Employment Equity Plan.
