MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have a HR or relevant degree in HR
Min 2 years experience in HR Admin
Solid experience in HR Admin
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in MS Excel and Word;
Strong administrative and organisational skills and high level of integrity and confidentiality

Guard the confidentiality of the personal details and terms and conditions of employees, ensuring access to records and data only to authorized managers

Ensure all HR administration including appointments, terminations, transfers, promotions is completed timeously and accurately
Maintaining vacancy files for all vacancies
Maintaining IR files and Union/Shop Steward Meeting files
Monitor expiry dates of passports and work permits and communicate to relevant HR Manager in country as well as payroll
Assist in the recruitment procedures where necessary
Perform other tasks as may be required by the Human Resources Supervisor/Human Resources Manager.
HR Reporting
Liaise with countries on monthly statistical reports on KPIs, leave records, headcounts, and other information, contributing to narrative reports, and account for variances in data
Compiling the HR report
Training Reports / AD hoc reports e.g. performance review status, talent matrix
Org. Structure Management - Monthly updates
Performance Management
Ensure that Performance agreements for all manager are completed, signed and filed
Monitoring of probation review on a monthly basis
Assist with formulating development plans based on the performance agreements
Reinforce implementation of the PIP Process
Advise management on performance management processes & procedures
