Minimum Requirements:Matric.Human Resources Degree or equivalent.At least 2 years experience in a similar role.Understand HR and Admin processes.Duties and Responsibilities:HR Duties:Responsible for new employee onboarding.Assist the Production Manager with leave and overtime of employees.Updating and maintaining HR records.Responsible for the exit interview of candidates.Assist the Department Managers and Operational Director with the maintenance of KPIs.Export Duties: Receive orders from export clients.Responsible to maintain and compile export files.Responsible for Internal and external suppliers (information and quotes).Ensure accuracy of all documents received from internal departments and external suppliers.Co-ordinate the whole process between departments.Other duties:Administration and filling of all departments.Managing and liaising with Suppliers.Updating and ensuring the Supplier contracts are up to date.Personal assistance to the directors (typing letters, reading contracts etc)Benefits:Training on export processes will be provided.After the three-month probation period:A medical contribution of R1,200.00.Retirement Annuity contribution of 3%.Superfund contribution of 1.8%.Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:00.Leave days will be 20 days per annum.Closing Date:Submissions for this vacancy will close on 10 September 2020, however you will still have the opportunity to submit your CV for this position till 25 September 2020.Please Note:Thank you for submitting your CV to Marvel Placement Consultants.
