Hire Resolve's Client, a great mining company in Gauteng, is currently looking for a skilled HR Manager to join their mining team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degreeQualification in Human Resources, or any related field required.
A minimum of 5 years of human resourcesexperience preferred.
Experience managing human resources function within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
Duties and responsibilities:
Build effective relationships withmanagement and staff.
Manage and coordinate the disciplinary and grievance process
Ensure adherence to Labour Relations Legislation
CCMA representation
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing applicants to onboarding and induction.
Promote employment equity through equitable recruitment processes.
Manage Employment Equity and report as per legislation.
Performance management and job descriptions
Skills development facilitation-manage training and development. Ensure that a workplace skills planand annual training report is submitted timeously tothe MERSETA for mandatory and discretionary grant funding
Implement HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
