Position Review: The HR Co Ordinator has to ensure that the full onboarding process is adhere to according to company standards. Assist department heads with all labour related matters (with the assistance of SERR). Responsible for filling all vacancies within the company and job descriptions are reviewed with the assistance of department heads. Ensure the company adhere to all Health & Safety Regulations. Assist with performance appraisals; terminations and ad hoc HR matters.Roles & Responsibilities:· Responsible for full on boarding process· Assisting department heads with all labour related matters· Recruitment and selection process (white & blue collars) as per line manager requirements· Conduct screening interviews with line manager· Liase with Head of Departments (line manager) to schedule final interviews· Drafting the "Offer of Employment" for approval by Heads of Department and Managing Director· Collecting of jobs descriptions from department heads and submit to management for approval· Ensure all Health and Safety Legislation is adhered to and implemented· Assisting all Head of Departments with any COIDA incidents and report to SERR· Assist department heads with performance appraisals· Schedule all training with SERR· Ensure all new/ amended policies and procedures are communicated to all employees· Conduct background checks (Nexis Lexis) if and when required· Receiving leave forms for Head of Departments to sign· Keep leave register up to date· Schedule training as per Head of Department requirements· Ensure training register is up to date, new and refreshmentAd Hoc HR mattersJob Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:Blackheath, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Certificate (Required)Application Deadline: 2024/04/01Expected Start Date: 2024/04/02#J-18808-Ljbffr
