We're seeking a top-tier HR Business Partner to craft our people strategy.
Working with the Director P&C and the management team, you will plan, develop, deploy, and manage P&C initiatives that align with business strategy and foster a strong organizational culture.
You will also take full ownership of labour relations across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR Generalist experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical markets, solid knowledge of South African labour laws, and a passion for enhancing people and business performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Talent & Performance Management: Drive performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
Labour Relations & Dispute Management: Represent the company at CCMA hearings, advise on disciplinary matters, and ensure legal compliance.
Change Management & Employee Engagement: Lead organizational change initiatives and improve employee engagement.
Compensation & Benefits: Implement best practices in rewards to attract and retain talent.
Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace.
Resourcing & Employer Branding: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with business needs.
Qualifications for Success:

A relevant HR or Business degree.
10+ years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 4 years in HR Management or Business Partner roles.
5+ years of hands-on Labour Relations experience, including collective bargaining and dispute resolution.
Experience in FMCG or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of South African labour laws.
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Excellent influencing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
This position is based in Cape Town; relocation assistance is available for South African citizens within South Africa.
