Human Resource Business Partner needed for a leading construction company in GautengThis is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to do recruitment and personnel management, social labour planning, client relationships, training and development, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, employment equity, handling grievances and disciplinary procedures and performing adhoc duties. Ideally you will have a Honours Degree related to Human Resources. A minimum of 8 years experience as HR Generalist in a similar environment is essential.
